THE families of two Brit aid workers who vanished from the front line in Ukraine say they are “very worried and concerned”.
His colleague and fellow Brit volunteer, Andrew Bagshaw, 48, was with him and is also missing.
The city has been under siege for months by advancing Russian forces who are now on the brink of capturing it.
Last night, Chistopher’s family said: “We are very worried and concerned about the health and whereabouts of Chris.
“He is an extraordinary person who is compassionate and caring and would not be dissuaded from his work in Ukraine liberating elderly and disabled people, which we are very proud of.”
Andrew, who lives in New Zealand, was described as “a very intelligent, independently minded person”.
His family said: “He went there believing it to be the morally right thing to do.
“His parents love him dearly and are immensely proud of all the work he has been doing.”
